The Device Agent makes it easy to download workouts from your device, online or offline. You can save the workouts to TrainingPeaks.com or WKO and it is available for free on both Mac and PC. It is compatible with over 90 devices and comes with a complete user guide. You can add files to the Device Agent and upload them to TrainingPeaks or WKO, similar to saving a workout from a device.

You can add a file to the Device Agent, and then either upload it to TrainingPeaks or into WKO . This works the same way as saving with a workout that came from a Device. The only difference is how you get it into Device Agent.
